NO Crips, NO Bloods, NO Latin Kings, NO MS13.... None of that BS. Just regular peeps from the around the way doing it like da Ville do it. Yeah man that’s exactly who I thought of Iron Mike’s stomping ground! No bloods or crips or Latin kings but still a very dangerous neighborhood then and now..
I grew up in Highbridge in the Bronx and I remember it being like this. NYC was truly dope. I was much younger but we were right behind. The boys and fellas playing Basketball, Football and Baseball. The ladies and girls doing double dutch making up dance routines. Then there were games like tag and man hunt and off the wall.

I said the same thing about 5 years ago talking to my wife about how most of the hood around nyc was full of green plants regardless of the falling buildings all around us. I get somewhat happy when I see these over grown bushes next to the many new trees the city put some years back. Good point

@Jack Straw Yeah Brownsville in the older days was a fucking War zone
If by 'war zone' you mean a pretty tough neighborhood to grow up in, then you are correct. No grenades, no tanks and no bombers!
@@philaufan6 Bet you wouldn't go there and say that!
@@philaufan6 I don't recall asking you what you prefer. Just recognize your opinion is pretty safe hiding behind a computer and/or smartphone.
