Abhijit is not considered while deciding Kot Pal. This was a rule set up by the great thinkers of Bharat, so I cannot comment much on it. Hope you understand.

Namaskar ji, seen all videos on Kota chakra uploaded by you, Pl clarify, if Satrun is KOT KINg and being malefic ,will malefic planets on Entry paths will affect the fort, Thanks and regards

It depends where is Saturn on the entry path. If Saturn, being the Kot King, is in Kot Nakshatra, then it's a bad sign because a malefic transits it, and being Kot King, Saturn is not present in the interior of the Kot.
