- Today, I'm getting real about the frustrations I face as a delivery rider dealing with Just Eat's constant blunders when it comes to providing the right addresses. It's been a tough ride, let me tell you. I can't count the number of times I've ended up at the wrong place, wasting precious time and energy. It's not just a hassle for me, but it affects you, the customer, too.

Uber Eats frauds recently sent a friend on a 6 miles trip to a nearby town (and 6 miles coming back, so total 12 miles), took him an hour, and how much did they pay? £5!
After the cost of insurance and fuel and the time wasted, this order actually made him a loss, not a penny in profits. How can they send someone 6 miles away with only £5?! 🤬🤬🤬
That’s better than most Asia countries. In China, a 6miles trip is only £1.1 pound. consider your a lot better than most developing countries
After those heavy deliveries, you should have got a protein drink jay/Gig
I need to find out where they keep the protein drinks because I have no clue tbh haha
If not, you can try substituting it with protein bars.
Your videos are great! Do think you could try some different styles though mix in some music maybe? Snappy gopro modes for filler bits and probably be a bit heavier on your editing 😂 with chit chat 🤷♂️ but hey just suggestions not being mean or anything! Do keep off of pavements though 😉🤣🙈

Never understand people who order coffee, it's gonna be tepid at best by the time it reaches you and that's if there's any left in the cup because the person making it didn't put a tight lid on, then if it's coming from McDonald's Gregg's or even any of the big coffee house chains (Pret/Starbucks) it's gonna taste like 💩 anyway. I'll stick to my ¼ price home ground strength 5 fresh hot coffee from my coffee pot.
Plus lot of people deliver on bikes and scooters, i wouldn't want to deliver any sorta of drinks.
And to deliver by car, isnt worth it either.

Just Eats have really hacked me off today. Their app linked in with Google and took me on a 10 mile round trip to an incorrect address. Contacted client then support who didn’t care and gave stock answers which did not apply to the situation. Annoying and just not supportive at all.

sometimes it is not possible to park near the customer house, and I have to walk there with heavy order
It's just one of them things...people probably wouldn't order delivery unless they could get a lot of shopping delivered otherwise it's too expensive!
I always calculate how long it will take to sew the straps on my bag Vs how much the order pays😂
I would never pick up from ASDA, they usually got a big order ^^

Hi Jay , purely out of curiosity, how often do these companies you deliver for actually pay you ?, and do you find any discrepancies with the payments and what you’ve recorded yourself as earning to what you actually receive of them ? made the mistake of ending up in stapleford last night....had to drive all the way home across the city and dident get a single order on the way....wasnt amused
I normally don’t go to supermarket or deliver groceries. I always ask them to show me orders first, if too big I straight away reject it. I am moped 🏍️ anyway…
With just eat sometimes it doesn't even show me where I'm delivering because when I search the address up it says no results so I have to reject even though it's a good order

I think it's a Just Eat problem not the customer because I never have issues with Deliveroo or Uber Eats or even Stuart who used to deliver for Just Eat!
Just Eat need to get their act together, this shows their lack of consideration for their couriers that is very unfair. Jay your work ethnic and positive attitude is commend.

Absolutely, simply physics. It would be the opposite matter if you were going downhill tho, as gravity would be helping you

I've never used an external mic! It's not needed unless you are far away from your GoPro which never really happens

No lol. It's all TH-cam shorts subscribers who don't watch long form content. Check London Eats views compared to his....my guy actually has a community that he's spent years building. There are no shortcuts to TH-cam success. Shorts subscribers are like empty calories.
