I am 40yrs, having 15+ yrs experience in IT, working as a software architect in Chennai.I hope getting job directly from here to Europe seems very difficult, If I complete MS in Netherlands/Germany, while searching job, will they atleast consider half of my Indian experience & pay accordingly or will they just consider as Fresher by citing my student visa & jobless? If they pay less than 60K Euro PA then it is not worth for me comparing my Indian salary. Pl provide your opinion.
Even if you come as a student, your previous experience is most of the time considered during your job applications... On the other hand you can also try for direct jobs in IT sector... It's difficult but not impossible...
