Hello Malin I miss your content I miss your recipes every Sunday I have reviewed the videos and they are very good just like your recipes.. Thanks for your content
Loving the spring flowers 🙏🏻and of course those great breakfast ideas 😊will have to try the overnight oats and the pea dip and sauerkraut for sure as the pancakes are one of our staple dishes 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Everythign looks so delicious! Even cheaper than bottled lemon is citric acid. ¼ teaspoon powdered Citric Acid is equivalent to 1 Tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon powdered Citric Acid is equivalent to ¼ cup lemon juice (4 Tablespoons). It doesn't give the lemony flavor, but when I am out of real lemon or juice, this gives the tang/acid note you expect and has long shelf life.
I really have to try this dip! Look awsome ill try this with ftesh mint leaves. After all thats what u made isnt Kompot , kompot is when u boil fruits in sugar syroup and when u stoage it or serve it still have much liquid. You just hage made jam with bigger pieces of strawberies
Hope you like the dip :) And maybe you're right about my compote, I am not a technically trained chef so sometimes I use terms that aren't necessarily applied correctly but I thought it made sense here as a quick and budget friendly version of a compote.
Hey there! 🌱 Loving these budget-friendly vegan breakfast ideas! 😍🍴 They look so tasty and perfect for starting the day off right without breaking the bank! Can't wait to give them a try and share them with my friends! Thanks for the inspiration! 🙌💚 #VeganOnABudget #BreakfastGoals
Lovely recipes! I love your videos so much, would love to learn how you edit them, especially the colour grading/filter bit, the videos just have such a calming and pretty tones, they're a joy to watch.
So glad you like both the recipes and the edit! Rob does all the colour grading and has become a real pro since we started many years ago. We use DaVinci resolve to edit our videos and Robs grading is inspired by Juan Melara, you can find him here on youtube :) x
Hi Malin, yes I’m very accustom to open face sandwiches. My Mom’s parents were Danish immigrants. So we eat OF sandwiches all the time. Growing up I was baffled by sandwiches with a top and bottom! Hahah We eat OF sandwiches for breakfast often. My current favorite is toasted sourdough with nut butter and homemade jam. Also toasted sourdough bread with hummus cucumber and smashed tomatoes. As always enjoy your meal suggestions.
Hi Susan, it seems we have grown up with a similar food culture at home :) I was also surprised by all the "double bread" sandwiches when I moved to England to study. I think I'll always be an OF sandwich type of girl. More toppings to bread that way, yum! Your go tos sound yummy, I also love a good hummus and veggie one :) x
It always makes my day when you post a video! These meals look delicious and are different which keep it interesting. I have oatmeal just about every morning so will definitely be trying the cherries 💕
Yes, I totally agree. It takes some getting used to, grocery shopping with these inflated prices. There's luckily still much to enjoy though and lots to make with more inexpensive ingredients :) Glad you like the look of the breakfasts x
Oh! I just bought a whole rye and oat bread. I’m excited to use this pea spread on it! Also the Black Forest oats looks delicious! The frozen cherries here are a similar price to the other frozen berries which is wild when you think about the price difference for fresh ones. I never bought them because I didn’t know what to do with them - so I’ll be trying this next week!
Somehow we always seem to align our recipes with your grocery shop - I love it 😍 And yes, totally trey the frozen cherries! I like them in smoothies too. And if you don't like them to be too juicy when you defrost them you can use the same method as I did for the strawberries in this video to make a compote that has more body to it and then add it to your oats. Hope you enjoy! x
Oh my goodness!! 😍 can’t wait to try them all! I’m going to buy frozen berries for sure! And that pea dip!!🤤 Thank you Malin for sharing these super delicious recipe ideas with all of us! And I could listen to you talking for hours!! Love the vibe, love the colors, love the atmosphere…thank you really!❤️
It's actually totally fine to eat rolled or porridge oats "raw". They have already been processed to become this shape from the whole kernel so they are quite easily digested even if you don't cook them. Soaking them overnight also allows them to break down :) Hope you try it and enjoy! x
That is my pleasure! Hope you like the pancakes :) I actually almost always make my pancakes with banana as they are such a fantastic binder and adds body to gluten free pancakes. I'll have to work on a banana free one :) x
As an American everyone around me knows what overnight oats are but I have never heard of any such thing called a black foresgatto?? Or whatever you said
I think she means Black Forest gâteau (French word for cake). Black Forest cake is a German chocolate cake with cherries and cream (sometimes alcohol is added). In German you would say “Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte”.
Lemons and limes are typically pretty pricey in Sweden so a bottle is definitely cheaper. I think there's always a location specific barrier to budget videos as prices vary depending on where we live. Maybe I could have mentioned that in the video :)
The pea dip with sour Kraut topping is very interesting!
I hope you keep on making these videos, I really appreciate them!!!!

Thanks Agi, it's finally here! Hope you like the overnight oats, I think you will :) and the pea spread and sauerkraut too of course. x
Everything looks yummy. May I suggest kimchi instead of sauerkraut for those who don’t care for sauerkraut and might like a bit of heat. ❤

Thank you for your encouraging comments David, always a pleasure to read them! x
They all look so delicious 😋
Isn'it necessary to cook the oats before eating them. With the[ overnght oats you use them raw. Thanks for the answer❤

Delicious

it´s "black forest gateau" :)

Haha, I feel you! Black forest gateau is quite a well-known cake here in Europe. :)
Idk about Sweden but for me lemons are cheaper than bottled lemon juice

None of this stuff has nutritional value 😮
You’re a nice woman but please eat some eggs and meat
