Submagic vs Captions App? What's Better

The different between Submagic versus the Captions app is one is a lot easier to use. Submagic is a desktop tool specific. The Captions app is a phone based application for phone and tablets. Another difference is the price. The Captions app costs $9.99 a month versus the Submagic $20 a month pricing.
I prefer to use Submagic because it’s easier to use. The Captions app is too congested and confusing. They made a descent app but they should have stuck to mastering only captions instead of being a full video editor.
