Lake balboa is cool last time I went my dad and I caught over 15 tilapia and 5 dink size bass. The bass were ranging 4-7 inches
Bass are taking over before it was mainly tilapia and carp
Yes bass are starting to come up which is quite amazing to see in a public pond like balboa

Me and my friend were fishing at balboa in the same spot and we fought a tilapia bigger than that
Take the tilapia home next time.
