Just great~ the wind noise like the bird song just adds to the recording in my books. I would have loved someone to open the gate just a crack and peep out! 'Looking at a rainbow through a muddy window' seems to be a grade above the famous curate's egg. The beauty of the tune, furthermore, rather suggests that the window in question doesn't actually have very much mud on it at all and that the rainbow is quite bright.

@Calum Stewart, this is live recording? Amazing man..normally, live recording with other instruments would surely kill the low whistle as it has quite a low volume at the lower register. Great job Cal non the less..
Hi! Yes it's 100% live ! There is a stereo pair of microphones at the front of the group (closest to whistle) which picks up the whole group sound. Because the whistle is closest, you can hear the whole group balanced. The mics also pick up a fair bit of wind towards the end of the video... it was a bit windy! The whistle I'm playing is made by Michael Grinter which has quite a strong natural sound... so great for playing in groups.
It would be so nice to have more live recordings. Truly enchanting!
