I'm a concealed carrier and some loud mouth got jumpy with me, he bear maced me as I was blinking and seeing quick flashes of him and the people around me I out my hands up over my head cause when I couldn't see the FIRST thing that came to my mind was cover up cause I'm getting jumped or fucked up somehow. I dont know why that's the first thing that came to my mind was I couldn't see I was a easy target at that point. I'm a white highly educated international financial professional. In my opinion, it is disgusting this man was ever charged with anything, it happened because he is black. This is a classic stand your ground case. The man was attacked with a chemical weapon and the dead guy was a relentless aggressor. Shame on the 'justice' system for making this man's life Hell.

Wow scary I just watched the video this man is telling the truth. Says two jury's couldn't decide on a verdict hopefully they leave this poor guy alone and don't try to convict him again. The guy with the pepper spray is crazy this man is innocent of any crime.

i believe him i watched video it clearly shows...him wavying the man off....and turned his back still on phone..and he even walked passed him still on phone...then the white getlemen reached in his pocket way! after the altercation and sprayed him...the crazy part is..the white gentlemen continued to spray over and over....its definatly self defense on my part....gods the only judge and be ready to leave that cell...but learn from this dont be the typical....god bless
