Ok, handstands literally have nothing to do with fitness. Neither does handstand walking or push-ups. Very weird. No wonder CF is not a mainstream sport. 🙄
I said the same thing while seeing sports like corn hole, bowling, billiards, and curling on ESPN and at the Olympics…
Do you mean that literally? It is without question that good form handstand holds are very useful for fitness in general. I would agree that cross fit handstands/handstand push-ups are not the greatest, but in general, handstands are great.
