I give free classes at our community at the beautiful Lakeclub commercial kitchen. I have so much fun doing so with the help of my husband. He is in charge of setting up charcuterie board and drinks, wine and background music. We would like to visit and meet you please at ur restaurant/ cafe on our vacay next year. Invest in a vacuum sealer. Vacuum sealer lasts longer for meats, veggies; fruits. Like for smoothie, veggies going bad/ later use, meat mixture (example: pork/shrimp mixture for lumpia), etc. So it doesn’t get freezer burn faster rather than using zip lock bag. For example, like the bacon in fridge, vacuum seal, lasts longer in freshness and color. It’s a money saver! 😊 Love your pantry and videos!❤
