I added the carnivore thing to the pachy, thought it was interesting. Then carnivores in chat got mad when I attacked for food. "That's what you do when YOU'RE starving. I needed meat." A pachy joined me, watched me kill an AI lizard and eat it. They disbanded from group real quick. Oh, where you going?? That food and water drain though, not worth it.

Yeah, i normally try to be original with my naming but when i play with other players and i know they're waiting for me i don't wanna take too long to name my dino so i usually end up going for something very basic and easy to come up with. :-)
I kinda hope they revamp scars. As far as I can tell they're just slightly red spots where old wounds are? It's ok if they're red for a while but after a while I'd like to see them turning into just textural distortions instead. Like patches where scales would normally be getting distorted slightly into the shape of a cut or raised bump, like real scars. It would be cool if fresh scars were off colored like all scars are now too, because in real life scars are normally red or purple for a while. Feathered dinosaurs would look especially cool because they could have sections of their body where feathers are reduced or absent in the shape of a scar! So their scars would be VERY noticeable and intimidating. Imagine how scarred up deinocheiruses would look...
I'm pretty sure this would be hard to implement but even if it's doable, there are a lot of things that don't even come close to being reaslistic in this game. I really don't think the devs care about realism.
@@KrawllUnchained Oh, don't get me wrong. I don't want it to be realistic because realism = better. For example I love how the pachy face looks despite it not being necessarily very accurate. The reason I want realistic scars is just because they'd look a lot more aesthetically pleasing! They don't need to be detailed or anything like that. As for difficulty implementing, it shouldn't be too hard. They just need to make certain sections of skin render as if there were a scar there instead of regular scales. They already do this with fresh wounds, making the lighting reflect in a way that looks like there's a 3D gash in the model even though there isn't. Just gotta do the same thing with scars, except rendering a slightly off-color and bumpy/dented area in the skin. The feather removal might be more tricky, though, and I wouldn't doubt if they would not implement that.

Playing in groups is always a blast so this was really enjoyable to watch. Pachy's are little menaces. It was kinda cool to see a role reversal from your sarco video to this one. Have you looked into the replay feature that they are planning for POT? I think it will be really neat for your videos and cool shots in the future.
Thanks and yes i'm aware of the replay feature and i can't wait for it to be released but at this time i don't know all the details about it. From what i understand i'll be able to record while i play and then while replaying the recording i'll be able to move the camera around and see everything that's happening everywhere around me as well, from any angle. If that's true, my videos are gonna level up for sure haha !😁

Only physical items. This means I cannot get games unless I can get a physical copy in the form of a disk. I'll be able to buy it once I've gotten a bank account and a credit card. For now though... just gotta live without it

Btw of Rex does bonebreak his normal bite also has like a 3 sec Cooldown so you have time to dmg him
This video was recorded before the nightstalker update so the rex didn't cause bonebreak on regular bite in this video.
