@@valeo862 Yeah we were in the same class together. We weren't best of friends of that sort. But I remember having the odd conversation with him over the couple of years. He had alot of female friends and spent alot of time in their company.

Luke, can we be friends? He is the kind of person that you probably forget how the time pass when having a chat with about anything, any subject, even the weather! lol.. It's just nice to hear his thoughts, specially culture. Everytime, I stop and think about the point he has made, ginving me a new perspective of the subject. Keep like that, Luke! I wish we have more of those podcasts with him.

I like Mr. Brydon's casual and dry sense of humor. He does not take himself seriously. 🙂 Mr. Thompson, as usual, is awesome. Lady Danbury ( Actress Adjoa Andoh) and Benedict Brigerton are my favorite characters.
I adore Benedict and Lady Danbury too!!! Can’t wait to see what happens with her brother in coming episodes. I also love Viscountess Bridgerton….Ruth Gemmell. Have seen her for many years in tons of tv dramas and this series is the crowning achievement of her career. Loooove her as Violet, and I love her backstory of being madly passionately in love with Edmond, her deceased husband.
You really have to be quick to keep up with Brydon, and I think Luke did a great job parrying. 😂 He went there ready to be entertained too!

He's got too much of a puppy attitude to be James Bond. But I'd like to see him more on screen.

Luke's accent is very good, flawless even. Rob's is very English. Trust me I'm French 🤣 Love the conversation on being bilingual, it's fascinating. When I was a French assistant in the UK, I had several pupils like him, the term alien is quite accurate, it's such a weird experience to speak with them!

The OP was talking about noises and attitude, which is a different topic, and it felt like a caricature, not like someone who was trying to speak another language, which I will always applaud not matter the accent and the mistakes.

Very late to the party (I only just found this interview), but omg yes! Let the poor guy speak! He never got to say what he wanted to say because the host kept interrupting. It was painful to watch, but Luke handled it very well.
