    Full body metabolic conditioning (MetCon) using your kettlebell! Alternate between back to basics strength with the kettlebell, followed by metabolic cardio, and get it all done in just 25 minutes!

    Amy I’m absolutely loving these 25 minute workouts- like a lot of people I’ve got a very busy life but find these workouts, easier to squeeze in thank you so much for all you do ❤️

    Metcon concept is great for me. Ex track sprinter who is now paying for all that training back in my youth. I have just turned 64 and doing these sessions every other day with my more intense cardio on my spin bike, proves to be a perfect balance.

    Amy, I love this so, so much. Yes, it's only 25 minutes but it goes by fast. Used my heaviest because of the fast move switching and short workout.
    You are so creative. That's what keeps us coming back.

    I loved this! I easily was able to use dumbbells instead of a kettlebell because I've been watching you for years and years. Someone new might need a option of how to sub in dumbbells - just a thought!

    I really love the 25 minute workouts. The 40, 30, 20 second intervals are very motivating and satisfying. I also love the creative way you put together each of the moves, never boring always rewarding. Thank you.

    I did NOT see that last swing coming with only 30 seconds left!! I had to dig deep to knock that last one out. I finished this one with a great sense of accomplishment. Excellent workout 🖤

    Great workout. Sweating! I've done other Metcon workouts and I did not like them. This totally changed my mind.

    Thanks Amy, always great to mix it up with some kettlebells. Appreciate how you keep on working on new ways to keep us engaged, and how you manage to pack so much into a short workout. Must be lots happening behind the scenes to prepare for each new workout xx

    not only do i love these effective 25 minute work outs esp because it makes you feel like you can attain it but also these MEtcon!!! You ar the only person I would stay up late for (9 PM) to work out for. I usually wake up and exercise at 5:30 AM but did not sleep well so did it just now.

    I agree with the other, I LOVE these videos and this one is one of my favorite. With this length I have time to excersis during my lunch and I don't have to think about it when all are tierd and hungry. Thanks!

    I love that these workouts are running right to the end of the timer, somehow mentally it makes me feel more productive than the cool-down starting with 3 or 4 mins remaining 😅 Great, quick, effective, thank you Amy!!!

    I was wary of trying this one because I'm not so comfortable with solely kettlebell workouts, but this felt great!
    In my before (mom) life, I could spend up to 2.5 hours at the gym, I am getting as good/better results with you in always under 40 minutes and am SO grateful!!

    Wanted a longer workout so followed another of your kettle bell sets with this one I'm sure my moves looked a bit messy towards the end but you kept me motivated and focused to keep working hard🔥 ❤

    I loved this workout. This MetCon style is new for me, but obviously familiar and doable b/c it's BFbA right?! I loved the pace. I love the concentration on max-taxing muscle groups, I also love compound movements AND the in between sets of cardio-mobility movements to keep the heart pumping. I feel great. This is a keeper! There are so many keepers plus you keep coming up with more! Thank you for so many high-quality workouts! Like # 407 BAM! :)

    Would you say a squat is an ok substitute for a side lunge? My right knee is really bothered by a side lunge so end up favouring my left in those circuits!

    I have lower back issues love any good workout but kettlebell hurts my herniated L5

      I'm so sorry! Please go lighter if it hurts and modify for you to feel okay and comfortable. I hope you don't ever feel pressured to keep up with me or go heavier and I hope your back feels better soon.

    To be honest, not my favorite. I love how you're always trying to change it up, but I'd rather work different muscles with the kettlebell and not so much cardio on what I consider a weight day. I feel like we're always doing the same bicep curls, rows, chest press, etc. Just how I'm feeling today! Thank you for all your effort though!
