The Main Drawback of SketchUp is you have to make an Architectural Drawing that depends on Site Survey . So too much man power and time is required to Ascertain exact measurements .

Hi Sandip, the designing charges totally depend on project capacity and site circumstances. It always varies site to site. I would suggest you try calculate man hour needed for the job and quote it accordingly.
