That's due to employees who don't know what's up. I have up trying to order from taco bell because they cannot get it right. but from what I hear, if they refuse to replace meat with beans without an upcharge, you request to speak with a manager, if they also refuse, you can call corporate then and there. sounds like a headache to do but I guess we have to do it until it becomes more common-place.

I ordered 6 Tacos for my friend and I, and could have ordered a large pizza with all the extra toppings for $.50 less at a sit down pizza diner we have here would cosr, than we paid for damn tacos!
