Yeah, it looked like it has reload problems. Just looking at it's stats, it looks like a good idea with the suit is pump it with attack and increase the range of the long range armaments and just sit back and use the long range of it's weapons and plink the enemy. Do you just like going mobility? If it was me, I would go: Attack Long Range Reload/Range And something else until level 10 then put on the long range attack rate, I'm not sure about the last one though. 1400 damage for w1 in MA form looks a little weak. Then again, it compensates it for the 130 attack in MA form. That's why I thought it would be a good idea to go attack with it.

Obiyer I felt that its attack is sufficient enough and it benefits more from mobility than more attack.
