I think I get more tingles in my right ear because I hear a little bit better on that side. But it depends on the trigger too, just as I'm typing this I'm getting tingles in my left ear. When you stay on one side and switch to the other it might induce more tingles if that makes sense. Crazy.

I use to have very sensitive asmr in both ears but after a car wreck one now likes soft tones like slurry whispers and the other likes tones that peak like clicks or direct ear whisper
