When a thought arises, observe it, and accept it. When you attempt to “manage” your thoughts and emotions, you divide yourself from yourself, and from the whole flow of existence. What if someone attacks you your wife and children on the street because you wear clean clothes and they think you got possessions (or any other scenario thats bad and not wished for)? He says duality is light and nothing, but its actually god and the devil :D! Satan still not there? This video just bunch of random words making no real sense, we need god to help us against evil and darkness and loneliness, anger, despair, god is the answer to everything.
