    Nice. I love the pomp. Fun fact; I once took part in the changing of the Guard, as a Carolean re-enactor, at the Royal Palace in Stockholm.

      @@thecreativecontessa Wings of History and all that. LOL. It doesn't hurt that the island the Palace is located on also contains the medieval, original part of Stockholm.

      It is - especially if you have to play one of those reeded instruments and march at the same time in the summer heat of Hanyang (the old name for Seoul)! :-D

      Great question! 10 am and 2pm for the changing of the guard ceremony, with drills at 1:35 pm in the side courtyard.
