Hi Thanks for the video. Would you be able explain in a few examples below: how does the scrum master do that in practice: Facilitating Developer decision making (Q34), thank you
For explaining for Que.43, you have mentioned that Sprint planning for 1 month sprint is for 4 hrs that is incorrect. by mistaken you have mentioned in the explanation part.
Friends, do u not think the simple release cycle has been complicated by giving new terminologies, unwanted things, confusing process?.. i still dont find whats advantage of Scrum... plz advise if i m missing something.
I think Q15 is asking about progress of the TEAM specifically, hence SM being the answer. Whereas Q26 is asking about the progress of the SPRINT WORK, hence Developers being the answer. Hope that helps! 😊
Q 15: Shouldn't a SELF-ORGANIGING scrum team manage the progress by continuous inspection and adaptation through retrospective sessions and other scrum events? SM should teach the team on how to do so and become autonomous self-governing team USING SCRUM
PSM says developers are responsible to manage the sprint progress NOT the scrum master 😮
yeah..that what i read too..
2- not adoption, adaptation
15- not scrum master, developers
36- there is no 'sprint zero' or any other named sprints

Is this video for the CSM or the PSM exam? I am taking the CSM course this weekend.
sprint planning is 8 hours or less
Is there a sprint zero as per Q 36?
Good set of Questions but Q 15 and Q 26 are a repeat and both have different answers.

Are you sure for the answer of 15th question? It should be Developers I think.
It is entire team responsible for team progress. But SM with support of PO has to lead it.
@@HarsivoEdu I agree with you, but as mentioned by the person 1899bs, the answer in the PSM exam is 'Developers'.
The Developers have no such authority to cancel Sprint except delegated by the PO
Explanation of Q43
Question 30
There is no such thing as Sprint Zero
Where in the documentation is Sprint zero?
