Почему ситечко такое маленькое. Для таких объемов нужно сито побольше диаметром - у меня такое есть и на ножках, чтоб поставил в тару и ушел, пусть стекает, и с ушками, чтоб повесить за бортики кастрюли. Складывается впечатление, что вот эта жуткая кухонная возня для человека цель жизни, сама жизнь. У нас такое отношение к труду, что это ноша, которую надо доволокти как можно скорее и сбросить. Цель жизни - это не возючиться с какой-то сомнительной вкусноты хренью всю жизнь

We make watermelon jelly here in the South Carolina, in USA. But we boil the wrine untill it's very soft add sugar and cloves for pickles and pectin. It's very delicious. The rest we would do like you did but pit into jars. With tight lids. It last a very long time.
