Here is the Recipe
Kadle palya
2 tbsp ghee or oil
1 onion small chopped fry till colour change
1/4 Shah Jeera
Kasuri Methi 1 tbsp
Fry for 2 minutes
Add ginger garlic paste
1 TSP chill powder
1/2 TSP garam masala
2 TSP coriander powder
1/4 turmeric powder
Fry for 2 minutes on low flame
Add 1/2 cup water and fry for 2 minutes
Add 2 Tomatoes puree
In a cup mix 1 tbsp besan and 3 tbsp curd
Add this mix to pan and mix thoroughly and add 1 cup water
And keep gas on high flame.
Add kadle to pan and add salt
Stir in between
Lastly add 1 green chilli chopped in slice and coriander leaves
