Lol, yeah I’m gonna second this. HOW is this poor technique? Is it because they don’t have gloves on? Literally NONE of these materials require gloves. They are not hazardous at all. Not every synthesis requires gloves to be worn. This would be one of them. They were also exceptionally careful to the point that this should absolutely count as a more than satisfactory lab technique.
@@please_remove_ads I think it's good technique. Idk about the method though. I would dissolve the glycine with 95% ethanol from the start. I don't know if that will affect the yield, but seems to have less steps.
