- So this is how I saved Rs.50,000 for my Seneca College May 2022 Cloud Architecture And Administration Program. I hope that i was able to help you all regarding how to pay your Tuition Fee along with the GIC for your application process.
MORAL OF THE STORY:
Make Sure you generate the Flywire on the day when they Canadian Dollar's Rate is Lowest.
Do not generate the Flywire with a higher dollar rate if so then you will have to pay the greater amount that is being generated in the flywire.
Since, the rate that is generated in the flywire is FINAL.

The 5% Tax is on the amount above ₹7 lakhs i.e if your 1 year fee is ₹15 lakhs then the TCS will be on the amount above 7 lakhs i.e 8 lakhs which would be approx ₹45000 which can be avoided if you can make 2 payment’s individually below 7 lakhs.
*Note: I generated Another Flywire on the 3rd Day of my First Semester Fee payment with new dollar rate.
Moral Of The Story:

But the amount is still more than the actual market rate right because its connected with our bank account and they charge 1/1.5 rupee more.
@@izzy0903 My bank SBI did not charge even ₹1 extra it was exactly equivalent to the $CAD rate on that day and time so i would recommend to go with SBI idk about other banks but I’m sure about SBI💜
@Dheeraj Bhola yes but usually the fee’s is more than $15,000 & i only calculated of $15,000 so i took the higher end value of the fee percentage!

Sir in my algoma offer the first year fee is combined 19000 not mentioned per semester

While we transfer gic via cibc, which is better...transfer in CAD (include 1.5% program fee) or in INR.
I don’t really have an idea regarding cibc because I’ve done via scotia!!

My offer letter shows estimated tution fees for 1st semester and estimated tutino fees for 1academic year but in order to file through SDS I have to submit 1st year tution fees + GIC. Ask the college by dropping them a mail regarding the same and since you’ve paid most of the fee ask them if it is possible for you to pay the rest of the fee after you come to canada or you have to pay from india.
Whatever they reply with just do that.!

Hi, I got offer letter cbu university and now I want to pay my tuition fees and gic my agent told me they will give me details about where I pay my fees they told me 1 check of my father and mother checque is required for submitting my fees and with the help of RTGS I can pay my fees and after one week I will get my reciept letter I am so confusing should you suggest me what can I do because I am worried about this process
If Cad/inr picks up uptrend then you would have to pay much higher by waiting. It's not common sense what you did, just luck because of market downtrend in that time window
No No it’s a trend which happens every month. Every month the CAD reaches >61 and ~58 so this trend happens every month and if u watch it carefully you can save a lot of money following this trend !!
Even if u check the CAD now, the CAD on 5th December crossed 59.77 and now it’s 58.90.

Brother, cad to INR on google is different than remittance rate always, for eg. If today's CAD TO INR rate is 60 then remittance rate (exchange rate) would always be a bit higher, no matter it is through flywire or Bank transfer. So please tell, did you signed the checks of amount shown by google or which was on flywire payment details?
My flywire amount was the exact same as the rate on google as I've mentioned in the video idk from where you got this information since there's a difference between foreign exchange and flywire because in flywire you do an RTGS to flywire's bank account in india itself so it was not an international payment so no foreign exchange rate was applicable on it!
@@DhruvCanada I have made my college fee payment through flywire, market rate was about 60.4 (which was on google) but exchange rate of flywire was 61.2. Even, I use to check this very often. That's why I asked you. However, wish you very good luck.

I had to convince them for USA but for CANADA they were pretty open as if i did my master’s from India from a good college it would cost me almost the same as my whole study in Canada.
Also u can always tell them you’ll take the education loan and pay it by yourself after your studies are completed.
You can study for 2 years in Canada in about total 12-15 lakhs from a good college like mine, moreover if you’re a sensible kid you will even save a lot of money at the end of your studies!!

Flywire never take payment in Canadian dollars always accept payment through USD
If you’re paying in Canadian College it is in CAD if for US college’s then it is USD.
Whoever told u that it ONLY happens via USD does not know how Flywire works because me and all my subscribers who DM’d me have successfully paid via CAD 👍

Yes definitely if paying via flywire you can directly track your payment and once payment is done your college will send you a receipt on either your email or student home and you can download and keep it with you!!

I think there’s no such sequence required but if you’re in a hurry make tuition fee payment first so that your seat is confirmed and later on you can pay the GIC in a relaxed way!

I got offer letter from humber college now i have to pay my tuition fees but my agent is saying that if we select India during flywire payment then it will go through US $ and then it will convert in CAD is it true??
No Flywire made an indian head office just to solve this issue so now you just have to *directly pay to the Flywire bank account in india and they’ll send it to your college directly* no hassle what so ever.!
*So many of our subscribers have gone via the same method* so just tell your agent to understand this method.!

@@shivamchauhan3479 no this means that your agent is trying to get commission out of your tuition fee payment don’t do it tell him that you will directly pay from your parent’s account to flywire since tuition fee has to be paid from parents bank accounts not from agents.

If we break down our fees into semester, will the SDS scheme still be eligible because now we are not paying the total amount.
If you are apply for canada with SDS like my course which is 1 year so for SDS i require to pay the whole fee + GIC but when I’ll be in canada and planning to pay my 2nd year fee i can pay it Semester Wise because SDS is only for those going from India to Canada once you’re in canada u can pay your 2nd year onward fee semester wise !!
And moreover if you pay 1st and 2nd semester fee one by one through 2 Flywire Payments then the Payment Slip’s of Both the Transactions will be attached in the SDS scheme so don’t worry!!
U can first pay 1st sem fee and in 2-3 days the 2nd sem fee and you’ll still be eligible for SDS

usually its good practice if u use the same but its okay if you do not.
Which bank is better to pay Gic? Sbi or axis
I prefer SBI because they have a very simplified process whereas Axis is more complicated 🇮🇳💜🇨🇦

Choose 1 from cibc or scotia because sbi and axis has very less branches so you might face problem there (that’s what my agent told and many other TH-cam channels also gave similar advice ).

You can pay your fees through any account just try to make sure your GIC goes through via your account.

I think you can pay via your friend’s account however you have to show them as a guardian first as far as i know to the bank!
