- When children affected with cerebral palsy come at an early age, we aim to achieve neck holding & trunk balance at the earliest because it is a fact that if neck holding in cerebral palsy-affected children does not get mature at the age of 2 years then there is a remote possibility of standing & walking independently.
Development milestone is also matured in a cephalocaudal pattern so neck holding is mature before achieving other milestones.
