Well it's a fusion of caldereta and chicken curry or anything in between, but one thing I will do is adding the tomato sauce last just before the coconut cream, and I will see to it that chicken are well browned together with spices like curry powder, onion, garlic and add soy sauce then browned, and comes the tomato sauce. Because chicken meat are very nasty with out sort of stir frying before adding anything else. Over all good looking, peace!
