Everyone always claimed Robin was always right, I would have loved to see someone call her out on being wrong on Manny. Patrick and Robin were my favorite couple but itwould have been nice to see her called out when she's wrong.
A rebroadcast of this episode was aired for Christmas 2018 and they cut the opening and changed the song in the last scene, so it's great to see the original!
@@bbsdollsandtvarchive I'm sure it had to do getting more advertising revenue and the fact that the shows had a longer run time then, but I mean come on, couldn't they have let the 1 episode air as is? Ever since they started using the squeezed closing credits circa 1999 (in CBS's case), it feels as if the shows have lost a certain authenticity.
PaisaEsteban they didn’t need much advertising. They could’ve let the episode stayed original. It was necessary to change the intro. I wandered if it the budget cuts doing this.
@@bbsdollsandtvarchive While I was glad to have seen this throwback episode (and I don't really want to complain since they're actually showing a real classic episode instead of one from the same year), they could have kept the opening. It would have made it feel very nostalgic. I believe I read somewhere that the music is sometimes changed from previous episodes due to copyright and I guess their budget cuts.
