May Allah SWT bless you for spreading awareness about these signs. I have some questions for you that keep me confused:
1. The present-day technological world: Can it be possible in the age of Imam Mahdi and the subsequent events that the human race will revert to the age of the pre-Industrial Revolution when there wasn't any electricity, not to speak of internet and other scientific inventions? What about modern weapons? Why the armies will be using swords and not the guns, pistols, tanks, etc.?
2. Future of American Continent: There isn't any mention of the USA and its role in the Armageddon. Present-day students of higher education and researchers feel attracted towards the US for benefiting from the opportunities that it offers for excelling in almost every field. The progress made in various fields, mainly due to the research done by the American and European institutions, has strengthened the history-controlling forces. (Of course, Allah is Omnipotent and He knows best about His plans)
3. Future of Contemporary Structure of World Politics: Modern nation-states and international organizations have developed well-knit systems of governance and sovereign rights of every nation-state? The situation in Middle East is moving towards a boiling point but what about the rest of the world?

Samir Zayo Then a people whom Allah had protected from him (dajjal) would come to Isa, son of Maryam (alaihimas salam), and he would wipe their faces and would inform them of their ranks in Paradise and it would be under such conditions that Allah would reveal to Isa (alaihis salam) these words: I have brought forth from amongst My servants such people against whom none would be able to fight; you take these people safely to Tur, and then Allah would send Gog and Magog and they would swarm down from every slope. The first of them would pass the lake of Tiberias and drink out of it. And when the last of them would pass, he would say: There was once water there. [Sahih Muslim, 2937, The Book of Tribulations and Portents of the Last Hour]

Imam Mahdi cannot be a Twelver Shia because he will not worship Ali or Fatima. He will worship Allah alone like all true lovers of Tawhid.

Imam mehdi will be among from the son of imam hassan (r.a) because if you've read islamic history then you'll know he gave up khilafat by himself to father of yazid which was governor of damacus of that time. So his son will reclaim it without any war and the cycle will end.

I will disagree with caucasus mountains barrier! I will agree more with the China Great Wall theory because It is mentioned in The Quran that the barrier will not fall until the promise comes qyamah! Quran is a book of signs and when it says going somewhere where sun sets that means traveling west! And when it’s speaking of traveling and finding sun rising that means zulkarnain traveled east! The next course talk about two mountains and the two highest mountains are near China. There is a history and a reason why Great Wall was built! I believe Cyrus the great is zulkarnain! The achaemenid empire.
