@@shadowgamerx2518 14 is definitely old enough to understand the consequences of their actions. Anyone who thinks he can be released and just live a successful life with no crime or mental problems after that really need to watch statistics of juveniles who commit crimes. Not just little crimes, even though most are re offenders through out their life. Its sad but true.
And i am not saying ALL do but majority do, even if they don't end up getting caught and/or charged chances are they committed more crimes after being. released.

@@Heathcoatman yes they have a history of horrific crimes that go barely unpunished..Like the Korean that killed that young backpacker on the bus and ate him...they literally let him stay on the bus until he ate the boy...he is released with a whole unknown name change and new life...disgusting as hell...

@@NostalgiaNeka that one was different. The system failed him. That dude was crazy and needed medication. Doctors failed him. He would have been normal but they kept letting him slip through cracks.
Did he killed that guy on the bus or did the disease. And yes if it was my family member I wouldn't care but same time, as much as it does suck to say, prison is not punishment. Prison is to reform. Make a bad person normal. So we can get them to give back to society somehow since they took something from us.

There are people in the US who want this type of law for child murderers. At what point are you held accountable for your actions? Once you kill someone, especially your FAMILY, you have ended your right to life in my opinion. He should have been taken out back and finished that day. "But he was a kid!" who ended 3 innocent lives.
This notion that because he is a kid he doesn't know murder is wrong or "made a mistake" is ridiculous. Mental illness or not.
EDIT: There was a case recently where a kid murdered his mother. He served his time and went out and committed a horrible murder. These people can't be "reformed."

I’ve never been able to comprehend how individuals convicted of drug and money related offenses get 15 years, 30 years, Life, etc. Yet, individuals who commit heinous crimes like, se**al assault, torture or murder get 7 months or 3 years or 10 years at most. Globalists states are filled sadists.. at least the core creeps that keep getting re-elected. Take the CIA for example. They have a self-admitted tract record of infecting under-privileged black men with syphilis, abducting, drugging, and torturing people to death, sponsoring widespread terrorism all over the globe, murdering countless democratically elected leaders, lying us into every military conflict we have entered...
All to create a global network of sick, twisted sadists. An 80 year resume doesn't lie. THIS is why none of us has a bonafide justice system... the creepiest humans alive have consolidated wealth and used it to creat a global network of low life's without empathy. JFK called them out in a rousing national speech and was killed within a week. Mess with those guys and die. It's an extension of the laws of nature imo... predators are always at the top of the food chain and are a relatively small lot.

    • @consciousobserver629
      @consciousobserver629 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

All in all, we will never have what seems most logical and meaningful until the "herd" stampedes over the predators in power. We desperately need to clean house.. but I just don't see that happening. Perhaps this is an eternal struggle.

I don't listen to certain bands, as I don't like their messages (and some _are_ definitely Satanic/Luciferian) but the "heavy metal" style music in and of itself isn't evil. There are even Christian metal bands, like Stryper.

Canadian justice only EVER concerns itself with the rights of criminals and NEVER protecting the victims or law abiding public. In the 90’s living in Alberta - I remember there was a brief news story that 6 or more people were murdered at a rural farm and a 12 YT old male was in custody. There was never another word about it to this day- and I have done everything I could to search for it. We will never know where that killer is today.

Meanwhile, many are having rough times and struggling and many die doing so or never catch a break. Their personalities are well beyond developed, and without consequence, they are free to repeat their madness. If you're going to be in the corner defending a teenage psychopath murderer, then be just as defensive in regards to those who are empaths toward the innocent children murdered. The father was constantly saying to the family about how the “rapture “ is coming and anyone who crossed him would get what’s “coming “ to them. The sister who survived did confirm there was emotional and physical abuse and punishments . Like kneeling on pencils😔

You should do a segment on Michael Neugebauer who was 15 years old when he killed his parents and two siblings in 1992 in North Dakota.

Parole for murder, especially multiple murders should never have been a thing.

I hate guns! There are strict gun laws here in the UK as well as knife laws... Y
ou can run away from a knife, it's almost impossible to run away from a gun :(

They exist. Whether you have one or not is your call, but the bad guys will always have them.

@@mmcc5070 If a bad guy knew he'd get 20 years if caught with an unregistered firearm then maybe he'd think twice about carrying one. You can't get rid of guns _(well, I mean Australia did...)_ but you can make stricter gun laws.
