When doubling your air fryer brownie recipe, keep the temperature the same as for a single batch and check them a bit earlier than you might expect to make sure they don't overcook. Also, use a pan that fits well within your air fryer to ensure the brownies cook evenly without overcrowding.
I was sitting on my bed with nothing to do when I found this recipe. I got up and made it and I was literally shocked. Definitely recommend this recipe!
I tried it as I really wanted to bake but my oven was broken. Lemme tell you, I rarely get fully cooked brownies and usually either I mess up the recipe or it's messed up by itself. But this! This came out really good! My cousins vanished it in 5 minutes! The top was quite crispy, I mean it was baked in an air fryer, so that was expected. And the ingredients and method is quite similar to other recipes but it somehow it felt easier to make. Will be making this again soon
This is hands down an amazing recipe! I tried it for the first time and it turned out so well. Although i have made brownies in the airfryer a while ago but those didnt turn out well , these were absolutely delicious and perfectly baked with gooeyness , perfect to satisfy your cravings , the measurements are perfect even with such less quantities of ingredients one can make the perfect brownies! And it takes so less time to get ready! I even added coffee to my batter which did wonders! Now i know this is my go to quick yet delicious brownie in the airfryer recipe. Thank you for sharing this one! God bless!
😍😍 I tried this and they turned out perfectly. Added a little bit of oil bc my mixture was too thick initially but it turned out great. Used [baking soda + cream of tartar] as I didn't have any baking powder. Temp & timing were perfect.
Note to self: I made it again and 1/2cup of dark chocolate and the extra oil I added last time made it better last time. Following the recipe exactly is still really good but it’s better to add slightly less dark chocolate than slightly more (1/2 cup >>> 1cup) or it becomes a bit too rich for my personal taste
I absolutely love this recipe! The brownies come out perfect every single time - soft, fudgy, and delicious. I was surprised how easy and fast air frying can be for baking, but now I’m hooked! These brownies are a game-changer, especially with how quickly they’re ready. Can’t wait to make them again - thanks for sharing such a fantastic recipe!
@bestintaste I’m so happy to hear you loved the recipe! It’s great that the brownies turned out soft and fudgy every time-air frying really does make things quicker and easier, right? I love that you are hooked now! Thanks for the kind words, and I cannot wait for you to bake them again! 😊
Yes, you can replace liquid vanilla extract with powdered vanilla extract when making chocolate brownies. Just use half the amount of powdered vanilla extract compared to the liquid. For example, if your recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract, use 1/2 teaspoon of powdered vanilla. Mix the powdered vanilla with your dry ingredients to ensure it is well incorporated. Enjoy your delicious brownies

I somehow didn't get a brownie but a molten lava cake w/ a crunchy shell! Here are the changes I did: 1) Chill the dough in the refrigerator b4 air frying 2) Replace the butter with neutral oil (2/3 of the original amt of butter), as I ran out of butter at the time Still tasted amazing, similar to Domino's chocolate cakes!

Hi! What can I substitute cocoa powder? You think it will work if I use powdered choco drink?😅 I have 50% dark chocolate chips too. Thank you for the great video!
Hi, thank you for you comment. Using powdered chocolate drink in brownies is not a great idea since it has sugar and other stuff. Your dark chocolate chips are a better option. Just melt them and use about 1 ounce of chocolate for every 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder. You might want to cut down a bit on the sugar and butter in your recipe since the chocolate adds both. The result should be rich and fudgy!
Yes, you can definitely use brown sugar in place of white sugar for brownies! It will add a bit of a richer, more caramel-like flavor, and it might make the brownies a little softer and chewier. Just use the same amount as you would white sugar, and you are good to go!
My air fryer heats up immediately, eliminating the need for preheating. If your air fryer functions more like a conventional oven and requires time to reach the desired temperature, set it to 375°F (175°C) in advance.
If you're planning to double or triple your air fryer brownie recipe, keep in mind that you might need to tweak the cooking time a bit. The temperature can usually stay the same, but because there's more batter, it might take longer to cook all the way through. Just make sure your air fryer is big enough for the extra batter, and use a larger or deeper pan if needed. And don't forget to do the toothpick test towards the end of the original cooking time to see if they need a few more minutes. It's a bit like experimenting - you adjust as you go!
Ohh, I see, Air fryers can be tricky, and sometimes they cook faster or differently than an oven. You might want to try reducing the baking time a bit or checking them a few minutes early to make sure they stay gooey. Also, make sure not to overmix the batter-just mix until everything is combined.
i would love to try this recipe but i don't eat eggs, are there any good egg substitutes that won't compromise on the texture and taste of the brownie ????
Ok, I see, for an egg alternative, there are plenty of nifty options that won’t mess with the flavor or texture too much. You could use a 1/4 cup of applesauce, yogurt, or even mashed bananas. For something less conventional, try blending up some silken tofu or using aquafaba - that's the liquid from a can of chickpeas. There’s also the classic flaxseed or chia seed mixed with water, which acts a lot like an egg. And, if you're up for it, you could go for a commercial egg replacer, or even mix vinegar with baking powder. Remember, it might take a bit of experimenting to find your favourite substitute, but that's half the fun in baking, right? But also, you could try my other brownie recipe,, Sweet Potato Avocado Brownies, that is entirety plant based, no egg at all: th-cam.com/video/v1Tb7SGXFQY/w-d-xo.html
Generally, you can use any oven-safe dish that fits comfortably inside the air fryer basket. Silicone muffin cups, metal baking pans, and oven-safe glassware are commonly used. It's crucial to ensure that there's enough space around the utensil for proper air circulation, which is the basis of air frying technology. Always consult your air fryer's manual for specific guidelines on compatible utensils to ensure safe and efficient cooking.
Sure, you can use an oven for an air fryer brownie recipe, but you'll need to tweak a few things. Usually, you'd bump up the oven temperature by about 25°F compared to the air fryer setting. You might also have to extend the baking time a bit, say, by about 10-15%, but keep an eye on it since every oven is different. And just check with a toothpick to see if they're done-look for a few moist crumbs on it. Remember, these adjustments can vary based on your oven and the specific recipe, so you might need to experiment a little.
Hey i show your recipe my air fryer maximum temperature is 210 degrees so how to set temperature for this recipe please suggest me. Thank you in advance
I MADE IT! IT WAS REALLY SUPER DUPER GOOD it's super fudgy chocolatey chewy brownies My family loves it very much and it's my first time baking 😂they said I can be a chef ❤ thank you so much for making this video 😋💖
In recipes, when you see "large egg" mentioned, it's referring to a specific size category of chicken eggs. Egg sizes are classified by weight per dozen in many countries, and a "large" egg typically weighs around 2 ounces (about 57 grams) each, or approximately 24 ounces (about 680 grams) per dozen.
Absolutely, you can use oil instead of butter in a brownie recipe! Just swap the same amount of oil for the butter. It will give your brownies a slightly different texture, making them fudgier and a bit denser. Enjoy baking!
Yes, you can use aluminum tins in the air fryer as long as they fit properly and do not block airflow. Just make sure not to let the tin touch the sides of the basket, and keep an eye on the cooking process to avoid overheating or burning. It is a good way to bake or reheat food in your air fryer!
If you leave out the baking powder from a brownie recipe, the brownies will be denser and fudgier since they will not rise as much. This can actually be a good thing if you prefer that texture, but just know that they might be a bit flatter than usual.
How do i know what plates i can put in the airfryer? I really wanna make brownies but i dont trust myself to put any sort of dish in the airfryer because I'm scared it will burn
You're right to be cautious! Not all plates or dishes are cut out for the airfryer's heat. Generally, if the dish is oven-safe, you're good to go. Look for symbols on the bottom or packaging that indicate it can withstand high temperatures. Glass, ceramic, or metal dishes often work well, but avoid plastic or dishes with a painted or metallic finish. When in doubt, check the manual of your airfryer-it usually has guidelines on what you can safely use. And hey, experimenting with brownies sounds like a delicious adventure. Just make sure your dish is airfryer-friendly, and you'll be all set!
Making chocolate brownies without sugar will impact both taste and texture. They will be less sweet, but you can replace sugar with honey, maple syrup, or mashed bananas for natural sweetness. Sugar alternatives like stevia or erythritol can also work. Without sugar, brownies can become drier and less chewy. To maintain moisture, add more butter, coconut oil, or nut butter. Increasing cocoa powder or melted chocolate will give a richer chocolate flavor and improve texture. Experiment to find the best combination for sugar-free brownies.
It is difficult to accurately convert melted chocolate to grams as the volume can change depending on the temperature and specific type of chocolate. However, a rough estimate for 3/4 cup of melted chocolate in grams would be around 120-150 grams.
To make this air fryer brownie recipe for 4 people use this ingredients listed below. Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder A generous pinch of salt 1 1/3 cups white sugar 1 cup melted, unsalted butter (cooled slightly) 4 large eggs, at room temperature 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups dark chocolate, melted (cooled slightly) Extra pieces of dark chocolate for added texture And then follow the instruction in the video. Let me know how it turned out. Jen
If your brownies turned out cakey even though you followed a fudgy brownie recipe and used the exact ingredients, it might be down to the mixing or baking process. Overmixing the batter can change the texture, making it more cake-like. Also, the baking time is crucial; even a minute or two extra in the oven can make a difference between fudgy and cakey. It's also worth checking that your oven temperature is accurate, as even slight variations can impact the texture of baked goods. Next time, try mixing just until combined and keep a close eye on the baking time. Sometimes, it's these small tweaks that make all the difference!
It depends on the brand the air fryer; my one pretty much is instantly hot when I turn it on. But if it takes a while to warm up, then yes, it can help if you warm it up first.
To make this brownie recipe without an egg, you can substitute the egg with 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce or 1/4 cup of mashed banana. Both options will keep the brownies moist and help bind the ingredients together, just like an egg would. If you're using applesauce, it will add a slight sweetness and a tender texture. With banana, you'll get a bit more of a fruity flavor, which can be a delightful twist. Whichever substitute you choose, the rest of the recipe remains the same.
There are many people that recommend reheating the air fryer first, but my one gets hot almost instantly once turned on, so I have never done it, really.
Here you go: 1/4 cup all-purpose flour ≈ 31.25 grams 2 tablespoons cocoa powder ≈ 12 grams 1/4 teaspoon baking powder ≈ 1.25 grams A pinch of salt ≈ less than 1 gram (usually around 0.5 grams) 1/3 cup white sugar ≈ 66.67 grams 1/4 cup melted, unsalted butter ≈ 56.7 grams 1 large egg at room temperature (approximately 50 grams without the shell) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (no need to convert, as it's a small amount) 3/4 cup melted dark chocolate ≈ 170 grams
Yes, you can use salted butter in a chocolate brownie recipe. Just keep in mind that salted butter will add a bit more salt to the brownies, so you might want to reduce any additional salt the recipe calls for. The end result will still be delicious, with a slightly enhanced flavor from the extra salt.
Got it! To make these air fryer brownies in the oven, simply mix your ingredients, pour the batter into a greased baking dish, and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool before cutting, and enjoy your gooey, chocolatey treat! :)
For egg-free brownies, consider these substitutes: 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, yogurt, buttermilk, or blended silken tofu per egg; 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds or chia seeds mixed with 3 tablespoons water; half a mashed banana; or a mixture of 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Commercial egg replacers like Ener-G or Bob's Red Mill also work. Each substitute may affect the brownies' texture or flavor tho.
Thank you for the comment, and I am glad you like the video. Yes, 2x all the ingredients is the perfect way to do it. I have done it many times, comes out great. You might need a bigger baking tray tho.
The brownies turned out great. Thanks a ton ! Would it be possible if you can give us some tips on how to make the brownies fudgy as mine were a bit dry.
To make fudgy brownies at home, try adding more fat (like butter or oil), less flour, and more chocolate to your batter. Mix until just combined and don't overdo it. Slightly underbake the brownies and let them cool completely before cutting them into squares. That's it I can think of.
Ok, so, to make brownies without chocolate, substitute with cocoa powder by mixing 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 1 tablespoon of fat (like butter or oil) for each ounce of chocolate needed, then follow your usual brownie recipe. Adjust the sugar as necessary for sweetness. Or you could try this peanut butter brownie recipe instead that is also really nice: th-cam.com/video/6Kgp5NDs-Ls/w-d-xo.html
@@FoodHow I don't ha e peanut butter either but I will probably get it, can u make a separate video of how to make a brownie without chocolate or dark chocolate please?
Ok, quadrangle then, or rectangular shape, or I am really not sure how to call it to be most accurate. But you can cut it any way you like, you do not have to cut as I did.

Which kind of utensil u have used for baking?
Generally, you can use any oven-safe dish that fits comfortably inside the air fryer basket. Silicone muffin cups, metal baking pans, and oven-safe glassware are commonly used. It's crucial to ensure that there's enough space around the utensil for proper air circulation, which is the basis of air frying technology. Always consult your air fryer's manual for specific guidelines on compatible utensils to ensure safe and efficient cooking.
I dont have dark chocolate. Can I make it with sweet chocolate?
I have not tired it with sweet chocolate, but it should work, but could be very sweet.
Can I use an oven to make this? With the same setting?
Sure, you can use an oven for an air fryer brownie recipe, but you'll need to tweak a few things. Usually, you'd bump up the oven temperature by about 25°F compared to the air fryer setting. You might also have to extend the baking time a bit, say, by about 10-15%, but keep an eye on it since every oven is different. And just check with a toothpick to see if they're done-look for a few moist crumbs on it. Remember, these adjustments can vary based on your oven and the specific recipe, so you might need to experiment a little.
Can i use curd or yogurt instead of egg, cuz i am a vegetatian
Yes, you can use curd or yogurt instead of egg in your brownie recipe. Use 1/4 cup of yogurt or curd for each egg the recipe calls for.

Thanks for sharing!!
Hey i show your recipe my air fryer maximum temperature is 210 degrees so how to set temperature for this recipe please suggest me.

I MADE IT!
IT WAS REALLY SUPER DUPER GOOD
it's super fudgy chocolatey chewy brownies
My family loves it very much and it's my first time baking 😂they said I can be a chef ❤ thank you so much for making this video 😋💖
Glad you liked it!! :)
What do you mean large egg?
In recipes, when you see "large egg" mentioned, it's referring to a specific size category of chicken eggs. Egg sizes are classified by weight per dozen in many countries, and a "large" egg typically weighs around 2 ounces (about 57 grams) each, or approximately 24 ounces (about 680 grams) per dozen.
Can i use lindt dark chocolate
Yes, Lindt dark chocolate will work great.
What's the size of the baking pan that you used?
Hi, it is 8 inches or about 18 cm.
Can i use oil instead of butter?
Absolutely, you can use oil instead of butter in a brownie recipe! Just swap the same amount of oil for the butter. It will give your brownies a slightly different texture, making them fudgier and a bit denser. Enjoy baking!
@@FoodHow Thank youu very much🫶🏻.
So simple
Thank You.
Can i use aluminium tin in the airfryer
Yes, you can use aluminum tins in the air fryer as long as they fit properly and do not block airflow. Just make sure not to let the tin touch the sides of the basket, and keep an eye on the cooking process to avoid overheating or burning. It is a good way to bake or reheat food in your air fryer!
Is it bad for not adding backing powder?
If you leave out the baking powder from a brownie recipe, the brownies will be denser and fudgier since they will not rise as much. This can actually be a good thing if you prefer that texture, but just know that they might be a bit flatter than usual.
@@FoodHow I made it today without it, the batter wasn't cooked so I let it stand for a few minutes and it tasted amazing!! Thanks!! 🫶
I am so glad the it worked, :)
Can I use foil to put the mix on instead of a baking pan?
Yes, foil or parchment paper works great,.
does it have to be kosher salt?
No, any salt is ok.
I wanna make this
Let me know how it turned out.
Can I use in a cooker
Yes, you can make them in the oven, I have done so and the brownies turned out great.
Can I make this without sugar?
Making chocolate brownies without sugar will impact both taste and texture. They will be less sweet, but you can replace sugar with honey, maple syrup, or mashed bananas for natural sweetness. Sugar alternatives like stevia or erythritol can also work.
Without sugar, brownies can become drier and less chewy. To maintain moisture, add more butter, coconut oil, or nut butter. Increasing cocoa powder or melted chocolate will give a richer chocolate flavor and improve texture. Experiment to find the best combination for sugar-free brownies.
@@FoodHow This was an extremely helpful answer. First time baker here so your response is really appreciated. Thank you
You are welcome :) I am glad it was helpful.
How much chocolate is 3/4 cup in grams? I found the conversion only for grated chocolate and Chocolate chips. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
It is difficult to accurately convert melted chocolate to grams as the volume can change depending on the temperature and specific type of chocolate. However, a rough estimate for 3/4 cup of melted chocolate in grams would be around 120-150 grams.
@@FoodHow thank you🍫

I tried this but my brownie was not fudgy, it was more like cake. Please help me what went wrong? 😢
Can we leave the chocolate out?
I have not done it without chocolate but, it should still work.
Can i cook it without the parchment paper
Yes, I only used parchment paper paper so that the brownie wont get stuck at the bottom. But you can use bit of butter or oil instead.
I tried this recipe and it turned out to be amazing but it was a lil bit undercooked
This brownie is meant to be quite gooey while it's still hot, but give it some time to cool down, and it should settle into the perfect texture.
Do we need to pre heat the air fryer ?
It depends on the brand the air fryer; my one pretty much is instantly hot when I turn it on. But if it takes a while to warm up, then yes, it can help if you warm it up first.
@@FoodHow thank you. 😊
You are welcome :)
Can i make it without egg
To make this brownie recipe without an egg, you can substitute the egg with 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce or 1/4 cup of mashed banana. Both options will keep the brownies moist and help bind the ingredients together, just like an egg would. If you're using applesauce, it will add a slight sweetness and a tender texture. With banana, you'll get a bit more of a fruity flavor, which can be a delightful twist. Whichever substitute you choose, the rest of the recipe remains the same.
Good recipe! Will try it later ✌️ One question, do i need to preheat the air fryer first?
There are many people that recommend reheating the air fryer first, but my one gets hot almost instantly once turned on, so I have never done it, really.
Hi, can I have all the measurement in grams? I don't know how to convert it..scared later the amount will go wrong😥
Here you go:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour ≈ 31.25 grams
2 tablespoons cocoa powder ≈ 12 grams
1/4 teaspoon baking powder ≈ 1.25 grams
A pinch of salt ≈ less than 1 gram (usually around 0.5 grams)
1/3 cup white sugar ≈ 66.67 grams
1/4 cup melted, unsalted butter ≈ 56.7 grams
1 large egg at room temperature (approximately 50 grams without the shell)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (no need to convert, as it's a small amount)
3/4 cup melted dark chocolate ≈ 170 grams
@@FoodHow Thank you so muchhh🙏🏻❤❤
Can i use salted butter ?
Yes, you can use salted butter in a chocolate brownie recipe. Just keep in mind that salted butter will add a bit more salt to the brownies, so you might want to reduce any additional salt the recipe calls for. The end result will still be delicious, with a slightly enhanced flavor from the extra salt.
Also can I use the oven instead of an air fryer?
Got it! To make these air fryer brownies in the oven, simply mix your ingredients, pour the batter into a greased baking dish, and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool before cutting, and enjoy your gooey, chocolatey treat! :)
Can you suggest an alternate for eggs as i’d like to try an eggless version of this brownie.
Hello! Thank you so much for making such a wonderful video. I was wondering if it’s okay to put 2x all the ingredients in one batch to make more ? 😊❤️
My eggs are not large so should I put two?
Yes, if you have small eggs or even medium eggs just add two.
What to do if you don't have any chocolate or dark chocolate at all?
That is a good idea for the video, I have added it to the list now, thank you :)
How your cake pan a circle and your brownies come out square?
I just cut it into squares.
Lies @@FoodHow
Ok, quadrangle then, or rectangular shape, or I am really not sure how to call it to be most accurate. But you can cut it any way you like, you do not have to cut as I did.
Wow
Thank You :)
Thanks for the tip
Thank You :)
I tried but it was such a small serving how come her one made four brownies when mine could hardly fit one container😢😢
Well, it's just 4 small pieces to be hones. So, you are right, it is a small serving, but my air fryer basket is quite small also.
