Hi, I had Celerio VXi 2014,which I sold last year. I had very good memories with that car 🚗 and had long road trips. I went to Darjeeling WB from Ranchi, Jharkhand by Celerio, during summer of 2018.It gave me a very good mileage. I had many road trips with that car in nearby states ie Orissa, West Bengal & Bihar.

Its almost 2400 hundred kilometer. So I took break journey and per day target was 800 KM. Also traveled alone from Delhi to Bangalore. Road is very nice and almost a single road NH 44. There are so many tolls and expense will come around 2K to 3K. Also cost of fuel will come around 9K.

In March 2020 before lockdown , I travelled from Bathinda to Bengluru. Route followed was Bathinda, Delhi West peripheral from Bahadurgarh to PayPal, Mathura, Agra, Gwalior, Jhansi, Sagar night halt in appx 14 hrs. Next day sagar, narsihmpur, nagpur, nirmal, kammareddy night halt in appx. 13 hrs. Third day kammareddy, hyderabad, kurnool, bengluru. After Delhi all onNH 43. Total travel time appx 39 hrs and 2610km. Road is good except some distance before Nagpur where 4laning work was in progress. Route is very green after jhansi and less trafic but limited locations for food.

You are welcome sir. First of all I traveled from Delhi to Bangalore 2 years back. I mean in 2018. But now the scenario is completely different. Lockdown is going on and other issues as well. On the national highway security is not a concern. You can get everything. But one thing I would like to tell you from experience is that better to stop driving before 7 PM and take rest. One more thing in the recent time it may be a difficult task to get a hotel on the way. Could you please let me know what is the procedure to get a curfew pass from the government.

I spoke to one of my friend regarding this who traveled in recent past during this lockdown beginning period. He also told me the same thing on hotels. So it would be better to travel with somebody. Because I traveled alone. Also during night time (After 8 PM) without travelling you can stop your vehicle in some near by places to highway, have your food and take a nap in the vehicle itself. So kindly carry plenty of water and food materials with you. Thank you so much. Wish you a happy journey.

Hi, I'm planning a trip from Delhi to Bangalore via the same route that you took. There are a few questions that I wanted to ask.
    1) How are the roads? I see you clocked 800 kms a day. Did it cause strain or was it a smooth and easy ride?
    2) Is the route safe? (I won't be driving during night time)
    3) Are there enough petrol pumps along the way?
    Any suggestions from you?

It's good that sir you are planned.
Roads are very nice. But not fully. In between roads are not good. But mostly roads are perfectly alright.
Route is safe not an issue. When I drove the car I started in the morning and stopped in evening.
You can get ample number of petrol pumps on the way.
      It will be enjoyable.
