This can be used for horizontal suspensions in any orientation: face up, face down, or sideways. You want to connect to both of the chest straps. I prefer to do so using a Y-hanger, but can also do so with two independent lines. Always keep safety as the very highest priority. Before this or any suspension, you need to fully understand the risks and build the skill and capability of both the top and bottom.

I tried to do this as a self-tie, and I was following along really well but I ran out of rope ): beautiful video though!
Oh no! There is a simple fix for this. Go to T h e D u c h y itself, then search for "extending rope"
