I bought my house on a cash only deal and it was a great decision. It's not up to code but everything works fine, could use bathroom renovations and cosmetics, has most likely lead paint, needs carpets but it is most charming place I have owned. If I were to sell I will miss it. The yard is huge almost 2 acres. many trees, and is up on 16 ft hill, 68 ft. higher than the creek 2 blocks away. It wont flood up here. There is baseboard water pipe heat, so no vents to basement, doe's not blow allergens around. There are places that are worth way more. I have not found a nicer place for the price. Oh there is a large 3 car garage. I want to compromise of course, family would be greatI.

Thus, it is mutual but he ghosted me and wanted a response from him, otherwise, it was not going to work and we were moving on. My feelings are still there and I still love him very much. My guy is a Capricorn and I would love it if my person came to me and was serious about us moving forward. So far, my person has been silent but I feel his loving energy thinking aobut me everyday. He thinks about me all the time and often. I very intuitive and can feel him. The move thing sounds very accurate as he lives in Ontario, CA and I live in Oregon.
