Mate, I reckon these are flares. They're all in a line and the ones what were already faint faded out first, then the 3 brighter ones began to lose their brightness. Flares are a thing militaries try out over the ocean (that's if you're near an ocean)
I am near an ocean, but it's in the opposite direction of the lights. But that's interesting none the less!! I can confirm (based on other videos I've seen) that these are just SpaceX satellites, more specifically 'Starlight Satellites'.
