Why put cooking oil in the beginning then wash the whole thing again. Makes no sense. I guess it's how they cook noodles in Nepal.
So that noodles don’t stick and yea we, Nepali make things and eat differently. Even I’m surprised to see my people from rural area as such. Village life sure is different.
