❤awesome thank you so much for the info on this video I am new to the business and I greatly appreciate all the valuable information you are giving, that only comes from many years of experience, God bless
No, I’m not using that. I can’t remember what the model number is on this or if they even make it again. I’ve switched up to the moisture Carpet Cleaning if you scroll up to my newest videos, you’ll see the change. Thank you and sorry I don’t have the answer.
I filled the machine with water and then I drop in to 1500 W bucket heaters. I plug those in while I’m setting up. Within 10 minutes the water is very very hot. Then I unplug them and plug-in my machine as well as the booster. And I’m ready to rock.
Can you use a pressure washer line instead of an air hose? I wanted to extend mine too.i have a 500 psi.dont know what you're s was.any help appreciated
Great video. I was trying to put this together my self. How did you get the quick connects to fit the air hose and connect to the wand. Haven’t had any luck.
That pool hose is actually the same outside diameter because of the walls of it being thinner it will maintain CFM better than a standard inch and half hose and it is much lighter
I don’t think your idea about cfm is correct. I too have been running pool hose for 2 years. I just purchased 200 feet of 2 inch hose and my cfm has increased 22% and I’m now having hour dry times instead of 4-6hours.
Could you please tell me what kind of Tornado extractor do you use? And does it have heated water? I am interested in buying the same exact you have because it uses 10 amp cord it is easy to use anywhere, please let me know thank you
With all the respect, but my question is why would you dumb the water on the grass???? The water has chemicals. I would be best to disposed the water somewhere else but the green beautiful grass
I have seen a lot of videos of people using the Oreck Orbital machine to clean carpets. Can I get some advice on what is better? Why would you choose one over the other? I understand, to start up that Oreck is a good choice. But in terms of cleaning, which one is best? Is hard for me to believe that the Oreck Orbital does a great job at cleaning and getting everything out. Also, what would you say about using the Bissell Big Green Carpet cleaner for a cleaning business?
Hi Kathy look thru my videos. The Oreck rocks 👍🏻 the big bissel would work too. It’s all in the right chemicals and process. Copy cat my work and your sure to succeed
Procedural video but almost nothing about the performance of vacuum motors (inches lift) CFM (airflow) Amperage draw for 15 or 20 amp circuit. temperature using a heater? price of the machine etc. also pool hose has an aggressively ribbed inner wall which affects airflow compared to smooth bore hoses used typically in our industry. If you ever want to heat the water for better cleaning the pool hose type poly will soften and then collapse from the vacuum. for efficient cleaning use of an auto wastewater pump out would really make for an efficient system. Truck mounts typically use 2 inch diameter smooth bore hoses for vacuum. After cleaning for 35 years using first a portable then three different truck mounts, I still have and occasionally use one of my 4 portable extractors depending on the job and access to the ground floor, I have found that you should always use ear protection since portables are in your workspace and will damage hearing. ( my hearing is not what it could have been due to portable use )
I use 2 1500 watt bucket heaters. Drop em in the tank while I’m setting up and prespotting. Very hot when I start. 2 cords run my equipment, so while not running it I just use the power for the bucket heaters. Once upon a time I had a propane set up on a dolly, but soon realized I was just making things more difficult then needed.
Water left does not translate to cfm's if you have 290 inches ofyou have a hundred more in than most small truck if you are running roughly a hundred for the hose I would think 150 CFM would be a good
You want at least 230 cfm at the wand for faster dry times. Bigger hose the better. You need airflow. I mentioned on another comment I too was running pool hose. A two inch is optimal for cfm. I now run four dual stage 8.4 Ametek motors and it’s equivalent to a 370 Everest or Rage Truckmount.

Great video. Thank you for sharing
Thanks
Are you using this type of Tornato extractor? Tornado Heated Carpet Extractor Surge220, which Tornato extractor do you use?
No, I’m not using that. I can’t remember what the model number is on this or if they even make it again. I’ve switched up to the moisture Carpet Cleaning if you scroll up to my newest videos, you’ll see the change. Thank you and sorry I don’t have the answer.
Pool hose gets you by in a pinch.. I use a oreq stinger 40 footer for a central vacuum system...
Nice idea
hi thanks a lot for the video. Could you tell me if you use water heater for the portable?

What brand/model extractor and booster?
Tornado & steambright booster 3 stage vac
Can you use a pressure washer line instead of an air hose? I wanted to extend mine too.i have a 500 psi.dont know what you're s was.any help appreciated
I think so.
How many PSI you recommend for the carpet cleaning machine?
If just doing residential 100psi works just fine. I used one for years then switched to 220 psi
Great video. I was trying to put this together my self. How did you get the quick connects to fit the air hose and connect to the wand. Haven’t had any luck.
I used a 8” piece of thin pvc pipe to connect the vac hoses
Aware of any machines that have a pump for the dump tank? Or a way to dump without dumping in someones yard
They do sell a pump and rollaway waste tank. I can’t remember who, but google search it 👍🏼👍🏼
how does the booster work?
Adds an additional 3 stage vacuum
What is this machine called?
Tornado
@@procarpetcleaningthank you!
Was thinking to start my own business also near the Pittsburgh area and possibly moving out to Colorado shortly thereafter
Great video! Do you get noise complaints about that extractor?
No. It stays outside

You can just dump the water in the grass ?
Safe biodegradable
With all the respect, but my question is why would you dumb the water on the grass???? The water has chemicals. I would be best to disposed the water somewhere else but the green beautiful grass
Yes you are correct 😉 but these chemicals are eco-safe. Probably help the grass grow 😂😂. Thanks for the concern Gabriela ❤️
I have a question, How do you get paid? How the process work?I always work for somebody else.
Cash, credit or debit before I start if vacant and upon completion if customer is there. Self employment

Go on Facebook an buy a used portable extractor
looking at this portable carpet extractor, how do you get it out of your van?? and do you know the approximate weight on the machine
65 pounds. Easy with wheels on top handle. Lay it into van and push in. Repeat reverse to unload.
Do you have any links where I could purchase this vacuum booster! I’d love to have one
Steambrite dot com
What’s the name of this machine I’d like to look into getting one? And what’s the booster for? Thanks
Tornado
Great work! 👌

Hi Mark. Yes this was just a look at my procedure and not an in depth review of the equipment. 👍🏻
Where can you buy this machine?
Tornado mfg online
Will those glides fit on a single jet wand? Also, your Tornado extractor, how long have you had it for?
I think so. 8 years
@@procarpetcleaning that’s awesome! I’m in a rut right now debating on either getting the tornado or buy a crb machine.
Does your extractor have a heater ? I use a little giant propane heater with my portable water comes out steaming hot
