Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has the largest population of ethnic Yi nationally, about 2.8 million inhabitants.Due to the mountainous terrain, access to Liangshan is difficult, and it's one of the poorest areas in China. It's our first time to visit the local people here, the scene is astonishing. The main road is the cleanest place in the village. People of different age sit on the ground directly, even sleeping on it. There are no tables or chairs which are common furniture for us in their home.
