I just hate how legends like Ash, Seer, Catalyst, and Ballistic got the most uninspired perks or buffs that should be standard in their kits, as perks. Meanwhile Mirage can get a fresh tactical charge whenever you bamboozle someone via your ultimate. At least give Ash extra distance on her ultimate, I'd even take it as a perk at this stage.
For catalyst and seer the perks are their original stats before nerfs. But Ballistic and ashs blue Perks are just trash. Like why would i want the skirmisher passive when there is always an skirmisher Legend in every team. And ammovision with the guy that has the unlimited ammo ult, that sounds good.

My guess is that they deemed her too strong with that in combination with her perks. The greedy snare is pretty solid. But even then, I'd rather have nerfed perks and a buffed tac/ult than the other way around
[Ash Passive idea]- They should have her data knife mark the enemies teammates. (After tursting, she can mark the box and mark the enemies team) It would be OP with the 60s perk.
I feel like ash is tied with octane for useless abilities, they’re so selective it doesn’t feel like they do anything except for the double tactical I feel like a drastic change should’ve been ult gains charge quicker for each squad wipe, allowing for her assassin nature to shine a lot better
