Honestly he is even worse than Sakura for attack, he is only good as outfield defender, and even there are better options than him. From this year rekits, Momoshiki, Shadow Sasuke, Madara, Kawaki and Tobirama def better than him for outfield, than we he have NTL, STL and SFV who even as older kits are still better than him for outfield.
His kit is average and will quickly get sank as a mediocre character in this current meta.
