olumsezbey , It wont work , you need at least 2.5 gallons ( dewalt flextvolt) I love Ryobi & have a lot of Ryobi tools but 1 gallon ryobi or ridgid its only to inflate or finish nailers
I just used a ebay adjustable powersupple plugged into a gutted battery with super capictors inside to run the tools without batteries. Have to be careful, most of the cordless ryobi stuff dosent like running 100% duty cycle
I may have boughten this if it were released before the airstrike lineup. I have two airstrike nailers and two airstrike crown staplers (one stays new in the box since it's already discontinued). Not sure what I would use a 1-gallon compressor
maybe this nail gun is too powerful for this type of compressor, how about it's use for spray guns for paint, or air glue applicators, etc, where it's the volume at a lower pressure that the tool needs?
Reading the instructions that come with new tools, and in fact anything new, helps to keep from making mistakes.
I did a test with a 4H battery and I got 15 and 1/2 tanks full
I bought this on black Fri works great
Can I use this to blow out sprinkler lines for winter prep?
I was thinking yesterday you should review the compressor...I love the channel, keep it up!
You can get an adapter to use off mains voltage
Don’t forget to break in the compressor by running for 30 minutes with the drain valve open. 👍🏼
I’m wondering how well it will work\travel for hobby painting.

Hi. Wanted to ask, if I throw a moving blanket on it when it kicks on, is it much quieter?
S Saragoze great question... we will have to give that a try.
What do you do for a living?
can this be used for spray paint?
No too small. With any air tool, look up the CFM required then get a compressor that can meet that demand.
It may work with an air brush.
wish they would make all these the hybrids.... mostly for shyt and giggles.... it doesnt cost them anything to add....

Huh? No AirStrike tools have ever been discontinued or updated as of this reply, 01/23/20.
Run it for 1/2 hr with the bleed valve open before you use it. CHEERS from CANADA
If you use it to air up tires can you set the psi so it will automatically shut off when it’s reached?
yes and no.......... technically no. but just set the psi on tank to say 35psi and it wont go above
Ryobi rules
when is Ryobi gonna make a cordless grease gun?
You do realise all grease guns are cordless correct?
Actually it doesn't do well for car tires. Great for nailers

Me gustan estas herramientas!
Why do you think they include an instruction manual? You guys never consult them ahead of tine.
I wish I can get a refund on it crap as
