Way too rich to fold into a portafoglio. Pizza a portafoglio works only with minimum toppings. I’d eat this one with knife and fork. 🙂 Also, I’d recommend bringing the pizza base close to the oven ceiling after removing the metal pan, just to ensure it’s fully cooked before adding the chocolate.

      Agree about the doming.
I have a super shallow Frisbee size plate that I freeze a thin round sheet of ice for blind bakes. The ice quickly turns to water and that part of the dough could get steamed if you dome it in an ooni or roccbox.
I don't know though because I only do that ice trick when I make a high hydration white clam pie in domestic oven.
The clams would be rubber and the cheese and garlic would burn if it was on for the whole bake

Portafoglios usually start as 8" pizzas. They are meant to be light and are usually nothing more than a Margherita.

You should do a white clam pizza

Hi Americans- is Nutella made from Hazel-NEWS???
    Then why call it NEWTELLA?
    It’s NUT-TELLA!!!

You see how you typed it phonetically.
The one "t" between the two vowels "u" and "e" often makes the long u sound in English.
It's incorrect but might explain why it's mispronounced.
That and nobody really gives a crap

@@dropcheekelbow9110 I take your point- but it’s only when an E directly follows the U. But- it’s pretty obvious that’s it’s made of nuts though… right?
What’s going on in your brain when you can’t recognise that the first syllable of the name is the main ingredient?

@@mitchamus tune, mute, fumes, dune, prune, June, lunar, etc and that's only U consonant E, not to mention other vowel consonant vowel words that have a long sound.
English speaking people in America might sound that out with long u if they haven't heard it said.
Let's face it it's mostly sugar and oil and resembles icing more than a nut product.
Either way my kids are addicted to it.
EDIT: lunar obviously doesn't have an e but it's still long vowel, consonant, vowel

@@dropcheekelbow9110 that makes it Nute-La. Still stupid.

By the time the pizza dough is cooked, the sugar in the chocolate would be burnt and crystallized.
