Right now I am at peace with all the turmoil going on in my life but as soon as I cut my mantras off I start to freak out again so I'll play all day hopefully I can sleep peacefully then without negativity keeping me awake and eating at me about everything going on. Right now I am at peace with all the turmoil going on in my life but as soon as I cut my mantras off I start to freak out again so I'll play all day hopefully I can sleep peacefully then without negativity keeping me awake and eating at me about everything going on. Thank you for the chants they really help to calm me I wish I played them before getting angry and saying some things to my man at this point I don't know up from down and in from out.
