The most draining part of making this episode was not script writing nor warslides nor making dialogue slides, no, it was music. That took me upwards of 8 hours, and that's not including one of the songs getting copyright claimed and having the video blocked. I really hope you enjoy the video as much as I suffered to make it. This is such a good concept. How did you come up with it? I feel like i need to rewarch the whole series, a series of villians, struggles and most importantly mapping. Who is right? Who is wrong? Perhaps, nobody is either. Humanity might just perish due to the grear war. Good work wicked! I have enjoyed it since ive started watchkng last year.
The basic concept was just based on stuff I had read and watched about the Year without a Summer. I noticed that the concept wasn't really involved in other series so I thought it'd be interesting to do. It's morphed a bit from what I had originally intended, which was a bit more... how would I say it, realpolitik. By that, I mean there was less emotion and moral driven storytelling, and more just geopolitical ambitions despite the eruption. This is most clear in episode one, and I started to get away from that approach soon after, since I figured it would get boring and stale. Anyway, glad you're enjoying so far.
