In this recipe, I have shown the Chinese fusion of Idli. In this recipe of Chilli Idli aka Idli Manchurian recipe I have shown step by step process of making this yummy indo Chinese fusion.

Green chilli -1

Yellow pepper
Green pepper
Red pepper
Spring onions
All purpose flour (maida)- 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce -1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Food colour - 1 pinch(optional)

Can i fry the idli before and keep it for 2-3 days...if i want to make it for a party
Yes, keep it in freeze, a day before should work better
