Loved to hear your story! When you’re working in health areas, you are for sure a very human person! I started collecting when my mom, who was at this time 89 years old and who was losing mobility, expressed that she missed having a baby in her arms! She kindergarten a lots of babies and she loved it so much! My sister had heard about lifelike babies and she found a lady nearby that did reborns for a lower price. Mostly they are Bountiful Babies kits. As I helped her changing her little girl I thought why can I buy one for myself? I bought from her the Ashley awake realborn. A little preemie size and enjoyed her so much that I started searching infos about that hobby. The more I learned the more I wanted to try reborning myself! About eighteen months later I bought a cheap kit and air dry paints and did my first one! I stripped her two times before being satisfied enough! I am at my fourth one and keep practicing to improved before trying to sell one! But such a nice art! You’re an inspiration to me! Love your work! Thanks for sharing! Take care! 😘🥰
Thank you so much for sharing! This is amazing! These babies help so many people at every age and stage of life! I love Ashley, I just completed Ashley Asleep and I am mailing her off today but did a video with her just last night. That video will be done once I edit it. So glad you are painting and cannot wait to see you grow as an artist! Congratulations on your 4th baby!!! 💗
He’s so gorgeous, beautiful work,x that outfit is gorgeous xx your a really fabulous artist 👩🏻🎨 xx I’m 6 hours in the future lol,so i always miss the lives,x thats amazing that he looks like your son,xx thanks so much for sharing your story xx
You did the right thing doing what you do this is the point that I was making on one of your other videos awesome choice because in a situation like that that mother whoever went through something like that they need something to hold on to.
What a wonderful video! You really do have such a beautiful heart! By the way you described about how you started and sharing your beautiful creations with Alzheimer’s and dementia patients, I can see how much you love people and really want to help them. That’s the main reason why you were a sweet special caring nurse. I do understand why you felt like you needed a change. People don’t realize unless they have been in a job such as nursing how burned out that we can become and how we need a change. Thank you for all the videos that you share with us! Keep up the good work! Take care and stay safe! Lots of love and hugs to you and your precious babies! ♥️🙏🤩🥰
Thank you so much for all your sweet words! I really do feel for others in high stress jobs. You do get burned out and some of the things we see in these jobs do come back to haunt us later. Sometimes you just need to step away for a while. There are definitely things I miss and other things I don’t. I love that doing what I do now, brings me great joy every day! I hope and pray that everyone can find this kind of peace at some point in their lives! Lots of love from me to you! Thank you so much for always being so sweet and for always being you Tanya! 💗♥️🥰♥️💗
Great video! Love watching your journey! Sorry I missed your live, Sky was sick with high fever. She’s doing better now. I love how you painted him! So adorable! I really like this sculpt. I will be painting my first kit soon. I’m thinking I should use air dry paints, because I hear it’s safe for babies living in the house.
I have a Tobiah as a girl. I’ve grown to love the bigger babies.🤗🌷🤗🌷I was encouraged by another TH-camr to start painting reborns. I always thought working with babies in the hospital would be fun but sad also.🤗🌷🤗🌷I reacted the same way you did. I was like What is this? I’m finding out and getting one! I thought the same thing about wanting to help women but I soon realized it was too expensive to do all the time.💕🌷💕🌷
Can anyone tell me what's going on with the COAS??? Just received a kit today from McPherson's a kit by Tina Kewi And was told they don't provide them for All kits anymore
@@theresalayton9286 I just tell people that only limited edition kits come with a COA and this is an open edition kit so they do not come with them. Also Realborn kits from Bountiful Baby come with them. If they really want that kit, they will do the research and find out quickly that the kit will never have a coa. I just include a little birth certificate with them, you can print them for free on Google. I include name of kit, length, weight, DOB, name of sculptor and artist etc. I will do a video on this, as this is such a good question!
Absolutely! I have ethnic paints I am working with, but it is a whole other ball game! It’s like learning how to paint all over again. When I have time, I will be doing some different babies on the side. 🥰
Thank you! I will have several new babies up for adoption next week. I will list them on my Facebook nursery page when available: facebook.com/KitstoKradlesNursery/ You can also join my nursery page on reborns . com to be notified of new arrivals : www.reborns.com/KitstoKradlesNursery

They usually only have a COA if it is a limited edition kit.
@@KitstoKradlesNursery Thanks for the reply 😊 does it make them harder to sell because everybody always ask me if there's a coa included?

Have you ever thought about and/or will expand your art form to create dolls of other ethnicities (AA, Asian, Hispanic, etc.)?
