I may be a baby bat, but I know my stuff! I love clubbing and going to goth and punk shows every week. I am a live DJ and am the youngest in my scene at 20. I DJed in College Station, TX and Bryan TX. I am the only one there :)

Hello Kioko Koffin! I really loved this compilation you did. I want to know if you have some stuff from Astrovamps band. Mainly their first two 90's albums (Savage Garden/1991 & Astro Vamps/1995). I've been searching for a time, but I never found the songs in mp3. Thanks!

Im glad you like it! I think deathrock is a branch of goth music, it was called deathrock before "goth". If you would like, Sex Gang Children had a large part of the name!
Deathrock goes under the goth umbrella 💚
I think he meant goth rock which isn't as close to punk as deathrock is. Personally I'd still consider most of these songs deathrock.
Death rock existed before " Goth ". Goth was the polite thing to say when you were trying to explain you weren't into the boring old alternative music, but you didn't dare to say Death rock , because you didn't want to get kicked out of the phucin party & they wouldn't give you drugs anymore.

@@BrycifurTheDevil when i was in college station/bryan texas, I started my own dj nights and also was a featured dj on Texas A&M's college radio 🙏🏼 start your own scene it was so lonely there. There are nearby cities in VA that I KNOW to goth nights and have goth/punk/synth shows/bands. Its worth the drive to have a night of fun!
