Exploring The Ruins of Pompeii

The Roman city of Pompeii was buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. Our family toured the ruins on a hot day in June of 2024. I had been to Pompeii once before in the year 2000, but on this visit I saw all new areas that I hadn't previously seen. Pompeii is always fascinating.
