Cuando dices lo de las superficies planas cual es el problema de haberlas ??
Hola, si a un rotor le liman la parte de los alojamientos, generando ahí una superficie plana (justo en la línea de corte) lo que se hace es facilitar la colocación de los pernos y por lo tanto su manipulación. Hay cerrajeros e incluso fabricantes, que lo hacen para mejorar la fluidez de funcionamiento del cilindro sin necesidad de mejorar la precisión de sus componentes. Es una chapucilla.

Las tienes chinas muy económicas, y las tienes alemanas, inglesas, alemanas, etc a mayor precio. Yo utilizo todas. Cuales quieres comprar?

@@Aleex-w7-dev Son más que aceptables para un primer contacto, y salen por 15 veces menos que algunas alemanas. Como te digo, cuestión de presupuesto.
