THIS. IS. AMAZING. Congratulations to the both of you!! I’m going into first year at McMaster and I’m pretty excited for this new chapter. I’m interested in writing the MCAT the summer going into third year. This is going to help so much. All the best to the both of you
Congrats to you both for getting into med school!! This video was super helpful :) Thanks a lot for taking the time to make it and best of luck to you both in med school :)
Thanks for sharing this! This is so inspiring! I got stuck in the volunteer commitment that I really did not enjoy but just to keep for resume proposes. Looking back now I really should have found something else I would enjoy more instead. ❤
I am starting my nursing undergrad at Western this fall, but I'm considering med school a lot more heavily now as I'm drawn more and more to MD. I'm pretty sure that nursing has all of the courses and credits pre-selected for incoming students with 0 alteration for electives and such until (I think) second year. Would med schools require say, gen chemistry or physics on top of the more unique nursing curriculum? Or is the program too niche...
Can Brie clarify which courses she took as an IB student (HL and SL), and which major she had which enabled her to skip first year courses? I'm going into IB, hoping to do HL english lit, geo, and bio, and SL math, french, chem, art, and hoping to do mcgill immunology undergrad, and then uoft med school. This video is helpful to know what to expect :)

Hey, thanks for the helpful video! One question though: Do you know when we have to take the Casper test? Like when are the deadlines typically?
exact due dates may vary based on the school you apply to, but typically it’s early fall!
